The rooms were clean and cozy, and the hotel staff was super friendly and helpful. We loved chilling by the pool and hitting the nearby beach. Plus, the hotel had a dope gym where we could pump iron and feel swole. Ponta Mar Hotel made our trip epic!
The only thing we wished for was a livelier atmosphere for young party-loving people like us. It would have been awesome if the hotel had more social activities or a happening nightlife scene.

Located by the sea, between centre and Mucripe beach. The staff speaks good English and very helpful. Provides various and delicious breakfast.
Although 4-star lanked hotel, the room and IT system (Wi-Fi) have problems. Should be improved.

Great location near attractions, restaurants, and street market. Hotel close to boardwalk construction, noise and dust possible disruptions. Restaurant food, particularly tapiocas, was enjoyable.

Great Location, Clean Rooms, and Generous Breakfast
The location was perfect, just across from the beach and with a convenient supermarket nearby. The rooms were clean and of a reasonable size, offering great value for the price we paid. The continental breakfast was extensive, with a wide selection of cold meats, warm foods, cakes, juices. Despite a few minor drawbacks, overall I highly recommend this hotel.

I was impressed with the elegant decor of the hotel, especially in the common areas. The beautiful furnishings and stylish design made me feel like I was staying in a classy establishment. The hotel also had excellent accessibility for senior people, with ramps and elevators conveniently located throughout the building. It was easy for me to navigate and move around without any difficulties.
I would have loved to see more attentive staff members who were specifically trained to cater to the needs of senior guests. While the children working there were friendly, I believe a hotel that aims to provide a better vacation experience for senior people should have staff members who are knowledgeable about the unique needs and preferences of this demographic.

The hotel offered a delicious breakfast selection and the fitness center had stunning views of the ocean. it was located close to many restaurants and street markets, making it easy to explore the surrounding area.
The elevators were slow and inconvenient, often resulting in long wait times. there were issues with the availability of blankets, which was frustrating.

During our Easter stay, we were pleasantly surprised with the complementary Easter eggs and champagne upon arrival. the hotel had a fantastic pool with a view of the beach and located within walking distance of the local shops and restaurants. the rooms were clean and comfortable with plenty of natural light.
The noise from the nearby construction could be heard during the day and early morning hours. the breakfast buffet lacked variety, and the dining area was crowded at peak times.
